Permair Features and Benefits
Permair is used to improve the performance of conventional leather.
The Permair membrane is laminated to split leather so that it emulates the epidural layer of grain leather in terms of look and feel.
It is the only leather finish to have been awarded the prestigious SATRA Quality Marks for all three core technologies –
STANDARD -
Key Features:
• Highly Durable
• Excellent cold crack and flex resistance
• Breathable, waterproof and has a wipe-clean finish, which requires no polishing.
PRESTIGE –
Key features:
• Added performance for higher levels of durability
• Higher resistance to abrasion than Permair Leather Standard.
Key features:
• Added performance engineered to meet the more demanding excesses of the working/outdoor environment
• Surpasses all the requirements of the European Standard EN344 (including hydrolysis resistance and high breath ability). EN344 is a legal requirement of safety footwear in the EU
